Bryce Eric Niesen, age 45, of Brainerd, Minn., died March 5, 2012, in a snowmobile accident near Two Harbors, Minn. Bryce was born Aug. 25, 1966, at Minneapolis Swedish Hospital to Roger and Donna Niesen.
Bryce was employed as a dock trucker at Wausau Paper in Brainerd. He attended Brainerd High School and was a member of the Army National Guard. Bryce loved hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, four-wheeling and being in the woods.
Bryce is survived by his parents, Roger and Donna Niesen, of Brainerd; siblings, Kevin, of St. Peter, Minn., Gregg, of Maple Grove, Minn., Toni Smith, of South Carolina, and Debra Sabourin, of Brainerd, Minn.; daughter, Kim O’Donnell, of St. Paul; and his beloved golden retriever, Brandy.
Bryce was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 10, 2012, at 11 a.m. at New Beginnings Bible Church in Brainerd. Visitation will be one hour prior at the church.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers.
