PINE RIVER - Jodi L. Blomberg (Niles), 46, of Pine River, Minn., went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013, surrounded by loved ones.

Jodi was born Jan. 24, 1967, in Brainerd, Minn., to Steven and ReNae (Fortune) Blomberg. She graduated from Brainerd Senior High in 1985. She attended Brainerd Community College and furthered her education at Anoka Ramsey Community College where she received her degree. Jodi loved to cook, bake and garden. She was a wonderful mother and best friend to her children. She loved children and was a great aunt to all of her nieces and nephews.

Jodi is survived by her parents, Steven (Alice) Blomberg, ReNae Bolduc (William Walker); her children, Nathan Murray and Hailee Weidner; her significant other, Joseph Bennett; her sisters, Penni (Kevin) Dotzler, Sheli Schwegel (Fred Lambert), Misti Blomberg (Robb Terhark), Kristi (Jason) Cockman, Jami Bolduc (Paul Munsch); brother, Matt Bolduc (Jenni Derksen); many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, aunts and uncles.

She is preceded in death by her stepfather, Clifford Bolduc; grandma, Dorothy Plushow; grandpas, Robert Plushow, Rodney Fortune and Ralph Blomberg; and a great-niece, Molli Barnhart.

Services will be at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1420 South Sixth Street, Brainerd, on Saturday, Dec. 21, 1 p.m. with visitation for family one hour prior to the service. Pastor Dave Holte will be officiating. Lunch will follow the service at the church. Memorials for the family can be sent to Trinity Lutheran Church.
